The Planning Board is one of the Village’s five-member panels involved in administering the Village Zoning Law with the Code Enforcement Officer. Members are appointed by the Mayor to five-year terms running from June 1 through May 31.

Applications and board review

Start with the Village Code Enforcement Officer for construction projects, permits, and the appropriate board review. The Village’s permits page states that applications must be received at least ten (10) days before the board meeting to be considered for the agenda.

Board reviews are held in the Aurora Firehouse meeting room, 456 Main Street, unless otherwise noted. Check the meeting details and notices for schedule changes.
